This newly renovated restaurant and bar is at the centre of Smallville Complex, the night-life strip of Iloilo City. It has two chic, elegant lounges that may be used for private parties, and a popular balcony provides the perfect place for some after dinner bonding.

Bourbon Street has a fine selection of salads, nibbles, pizza, pasta and entrées, as it caters for everyone from full-course diners to the after-dinner drinking crowd.  Although said to be American bistro-inspired, its menu also offers some Italian dishes.  The Southwest salad starts your course with succulent citrus-marinated beef strips on greens and a French vinaigrette. New on the menu is the 15-hour pork belly (cured and pan-roasted), which should be ordered beforehand.  The tender and luscious pork belly should be dipped into the mild tangy apple sauce, to balance its cured flavour.  The salad spring rolls on the side is a surprise treat, along with the pan roasted potatoes to complement the pork, making this dish alone a complete meal. Another must try is the Royale baked salmon crusted in parmesan cheese—a delight for those who choose fish. For dessert, the flourless Belgian cupcake is an indulgence of chocolate, without the heavy saccharine charge, to complete that pleasant dining experience.  Pair this with the fair selection of tea and coffee mixes available.
